Jamie Maiolo Crowned AHG Series & Perth Motorplex Track Champion: BCM

If you wrote this story at the beginning of the season I would have been told im dreaming, but it’s now fact, Jamie Maiolo has won both leading Sprintcar series here in WA in 2010/2011.

And not just winning, he dominated most of the season & what was more satisfying for the team was his younger brother Bradley Maiolo coming home in 4th position in the AHG Series also.

A very happy Larry Maiolo & LJM Racing team as a whole can be proud of their two pilots, the boys showed their class on & off the track this season & when asking Jamie what would top this, he gave me a simple answer "Winning them all again next year".

It wasn’t all smooth sailing for the #99 after a few DNFs early in the season & the miss fortunes of a few others cars in the series, he then dug deep to keep putting up the numbers & claim consistency throughout a tough season.

LJM will be back next season bigger & better & with the Australian Sprintcar title being held up the road in Adelaide next season, we could see this team venture out on the road for the Maiolo brothers to have a crack at the big one.
