This Is It, Grand Final Week & A Chance For Another AHG Crown: This weekend at the Perth Motorplex Jamie Maiolo could stand tall if he succeeds at another AHG championship combined with a Perth Motorplex track championship rolled into one. Some people may think that rolling into the pits with the points lead is easy enough, but let me tell you & im sure other people will agree, there is more pressure on the series leader than the chasers, so that’s where #99 Jamie Maiolo would like to finish this weekend’s Perth Motorplex event on top of the world. For the LJM Racing Team consisting of brothers Jamie & Bradley Maiolo, this weekend could be a milestone of sorts, the two brothers currently sit first & fourth consecutively in the sprintcar AHG points standing & to have both drivers finish in the top 4 at the end of a series championship is a credit to the hard working Maiolo family & especially father Larry who has put a lot into the sport for a number of years. The LJM Racing team are one of the hardest working teams in the West, travelling to all shows at the Perth Motorplex & country tracks from their base in Myalup WA, for the LJM team to secure this championship this weekend will be a morale boost for the entire team.
